The forward-thinking approach of the Commercial Director of Sos Tyres International, always seeking new stimuli, has over time led to an evolution in roadside assistance, transforming this company, which started with a PC in the attic of a private residence, into one of the leaders in the tire assistance sector for heavy vehicles in Italy and one of the most established in Europe. The success of the founder Sergio Filogonio’s project represents the realization of a dream achieved through tenacity, perseverance, and the courage to face the challenges that have arisen over the years.

This constant quest for improvement is reflected in a team that grows year by year, along with an increase in clients and partnerships, as well as the company’s online presence on major social platforms, in a workplace that visually reflects the company’s vocation. On October 26, the new headquarters of Sos Tyres International was inaugurated: an open space of over 400 square meters where all departments of the company collaborate to create work that has been satisfying and productive for years.

A large shared office where there are no doors to separate the functions performed, allowing for constant contact and timely solutions (a mentality also applied to every single roadside intervention). Each area has been carefully designed and implemented, leaving nothing to chance: the workstations are comfortable and equipped with the best tools, including multifunctional phones and wireless accessories; the meeting room is equipped with a 3D whiteboard and tools for briefings and corporate meetings; the management office is spacious and welcoming, while the area dedicated to “Graphic Design” reveals the desire to invest effectively in communication and marketing; the break room comfortably accommodates all employees who gather to share lunch at the company, because at Sos Tyres International, everyone eats together (circumstances permitting, of course).

Dopo il taglio della torta e le foto di rito tutti i reparti dell’azienda, formata da centrale operativa e ufficio amministrativo, insieme a invitati, amici e parenti, si sono dedicati al ricco buffet, accompagnati dal piacevole sottofondo offerto dal duo Dr. Jackyll and Mr. Hide.

At 4:00 PM, the Commercial Director Sergio Filogonio and his wife opened the event with the cutting of the ribbon, accompanied by the background of our national anthem; afterward, Don Roberto, who traveled specifically from Marta for the occasion, blessed the space and those present. After the cake cutting and the customary photos, all departments of the company, consisting of the operational center and the administrative office, along with invited guests, friends, and relatives, dedicated themselves to the rich buffet, accompanied by the pleasant background music provided by the duo Dr. Jackyll and Mr. Hide. The afternoon also served as an opportunity to personally meet other key players, such as Riccardo Loi, Bridgestone’s delegate and long-time number one client of Sos Tyres International, as well as some of the rescuers who collaborate daily with the company and thanks to whom a top-notch service is provided, including Pontina Gomme from Pomezia, Cracchiolo from Civitavecchia, Agoar from Marta, VM Service from Allerona, Asciutti Pierino from Attigliano, Top Gomme from Falerna, and Vetralla Gomme from Vetralla. Other rescuers sent their best wishes despite being unable to attend due to distance or availability.
